If you subscribe to the newsletter on this site, we collect your email address. If you email to apply for coaching, we collect what you send us.
We do not collect payment information, phone numbers, or any sensitive personal data.
Solely to send you the newsletter, which you consent to when you subscribe, and to reply to you if you reach out about coaching.

This site only sets cookies if you use the newsletter sign-up form embedded on the page (powered by Substack). We ask for your consent before loading that form. If you decline, the form won't load and no cookies are set. You can still subscribe directly on Substack β.
We keep your information for as long as you're subscribed to the newsletter. If you'd like to be removed, just email us and we'll take care of it.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time. If you're in the EU or UK, you also have the right to object to how we use your data or to request we restrict it.
