This page explains what personal information Orienting handles when you use this website or contact me.

Information you send

If you email me, I receive your email address and anything you include in your message. I use it to answer your enquiry, assess whether I can help, and manage any work we agree to do.

If you use the enquiry form on the home page, I receive the name, email address, company, situation, markets, and message you enter. I use that information only to reply to you and to decide whether I am the right person to help. It is not added to a mailing list, not used for marketing, and not sold or shared for anyone else's purposes.

How the enquiry form works

The form posts to this site and the message is relayed to my inbox by Resend, an email delivery provider, which processes it on my instructions under a data processing agreement. Resend stores data in the United States and supports transfers through the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. On standard plans, Resend retains email data for 30 days. The form sets no cookies and loads nothing from other companies. There is no tracking attached to it.

Website services

This site does not use analytics, advertising trackers, newsletter forms, or marketing cookies.

The site is hosted by Vercel. Like most hosting providers, Vercel may process technical request data such as IP address, browser type, and time of access to deliver and secure the site. Vercel privacy policy ↗

How long information is kept

I keep correspondence only as long as needed for the enquiry, our working relationship, and any legal or accounting duties. You can ask me to delete it when those duties no longer apply.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the use of your personal information. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
